This is a 1-time prerequisite per camper for Summer 2026 and where you will select your camper’s t-shirt size. Then select any camp weeks desired. Make sure to select the family member attached to each item. All 5-day options are listed first, then 3-day MWF, then 2-day Tu/Th. All AM Extended Care is listed before the PM Extended Care options. On the billing screen, you may choose from the drop-down menu: “Pay in Full” at checkout or “Credit Card” to enroll in installment billing on the 1st and 15th each month. The parent handbook and rate sheet list which camp weeks are charged to each bill date. Step 2 Parents will receive an email with a link to "ePact" electronic participant documents. Documents MUST be completed at least two business days prior to your child's start date. Participants will not be considered registered and will be unable to participate until forms are completed. WCPD staff will review submitted ePact to ensure they are complete and contact parents if any additional information is necessary. OPEN GYM Daily Fee: $10 (Free for Classic/Elite Fitness Members) Open Gym is unstructured inclusive activity time where the gymnasium is available to students, families, ARC members, and/or communit y members of various ages and skill levels to play pick-up sports, etc. Individuals participating in Open Gym are required to rotate in and include others in play.
