The ARC Center is the perfect venue to host your next meeting, shower, party, wedding or gathering. Our attractive and spacious facility is conveniently located and features optional AV capability and catering kitchen at a reasonable price. Allow us to take the stress out of hosting your next party or event!”

All event room rental fees are per hour and rented in full hour increments. Rates and policies are subject to change.
Each rental requires a deposit of $150. Rentals with alcohol have a $30 administrative fee and must prchase liquor liability insurance.

How can I check availability?
To check availability, please contact Taylor Hutton at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that all information is current and subject to change. All rental requests will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
What is required to reserve my rental?

I would like a vendor (e.g. reptile show, magic show, DJ, etc.) to come in for my rental. Is there anything I need to do?
All vendors need to provide a certificate of insurance listing West Chicago Park District as an additional insured. Please email the certificate of insurance at least seven days prior to your rental to email@example.com or they can be dropped off at the ARC Center Front Desk.
Can I play music in the room during the rental?
The renter is responsible for bringing in a speaker to play music. If you are in Oak (Room 106) you will have access to the HDMI and VGA ports. Please bring any necessary cords and adaptors to connect your device to these inputs.
Are cords provided to connect my device to the TV (Maple or Willow) or projector (Maple/Oak)?
You can connect to the HDMI or VGA inputs. Please bring any necessary cords and adaptors to connect your device to these inputs.
I would like to come early to set up the room for my event. What time can I come?
All set up or clean up needs to be within your rental period. Coming early or staying late outside of the rental period is not permitted.
Can I pay the rental fees day of my rental?
All rental payments are due 30 days before the rental.
Can I drop off decorations for my rental prior to the rental date?
No, we are unable to store any decorations or supplies. All decorating must be set up and cleaned up during your rental period.
I want to put up decorations. What can be used to secure them?
No tape or adhesive of any kind may be used. Sticky tack is permitted.
Can outside food and drink be brought in?
Outside food and drink may be brought in.
I want to keep food hot. How can I do this?
Open flames are not permitted. Sterno may be used.
I would like to have alcohol at my rental. Is this allowed?
Alcohol may be brought in as long as the Alcohol Administrative fee is paid and Liquor Liability Insurance is purchased and secured through Event Helper. The link to purchase the Liquor Liability Insurance is sent once the Room Rental Request has been approved. Beer, wine, and champagne only; no hard alcohol or kegs are permitted. Liquor Liability Insurance is required at least seven days prior to rental date.
How long after my rental will I receive my deposit refund?
All deposit refunds are returned in the form of a check to the address on the rental request provided there is no damage, excessive cleaning, and times are adhered to. Please allow up to ten business days for processing.
I would like to use a catering kitchen. Is there one?
We do have a catering kitchen. The catering kitchen can be added to a room rental for $20/hour. Use of the catering kitchen is for the duration of the rental.
What appliances/equipment/utensils are available if I rent the catering kitchen?
Renters may use the stove, oven, microwave, sink, refrigerator, and freezer. All utensils and cooking equipment must be provided by the renter.
Baby and bridal showers can be difficult to host at home; and even harder to do so if they are a surprise. Our event rooms provide an intimate space for you and your guests to enjoy your time. Bring or cater your food and drinks. The surprise will be for you when you see how easy it is to host with us.
