FITNESS CLASSES

  • All fitness classes are included in the Elite membership or can be taken independently at regular rates.

  • Elite Members must register for class.

  • ​Select classes will run in a blended format with in-person and virtual offerings. Zoom links will be emailed to all registered participants the first week of class..

  • ​Registration is required at least 48 hours prior to the class start date for everyone.

Join us for a fast-paced, high energy strength training class. In this easy to follow and fun workout, all the major muscle groups will be targeted as we move through blocks or combinations of exercises for all levels of fitness. Emphasis will be on careful form and technique as well as maximizing every minute we are working out!

Classic Yoga

Join us for an exercise that is certain to change your way of thinking about "working out." Yoga is an exercise for both the young and old. It has many wonderful health benefits and regular practice will increase strength, balance and flexibility. You will leave the class feeling both energized and relaxed. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a large towel or blanket to class.

This class will help balance your body, improve circulation, reduce stress and improve overall endurance. Pilates will help tone, streamline and realign your body. This class is a combination of beginning and intermediate levels of Pilates.

Come join us for a fun cardio class featuring dance routines to music by incorporating the entire body. This exercise will help you improve your cardiovascular endurance as well as create increase range-of-motion, flexibility and muscle definition.

This class is designed for active older adults looking to enhance their overall health. Classes focus on low-impact movements to prevent injury and promote safe, effective workouts. We will do that through a variety of exercises, including cardio, strength training, and flexibility work.

Chaos with Kiki

Welcome to the chaos! Why chaos? Because you never know what the class will be that day. It will be up to Kiki. Will you be doing Upper Body, Cardio, Core, Lower Body, Agility....? Who knows! This is guaranteed for sure, you will leave each 30 minute class feeling great!  or blanket to class.

20/20/20

This class offers three segments of different types of cardio, strength and core based formats that can change every week. Each segment will be approximately 20 minutes long. If you are somebody that likes variety, then you will love the spontaneity of this class. Fusing together intensities and different types of exercises create intervals and variations that shock your body into getting more fit!

Agility & Mobility

This class will improve your agility, balance, mobility, coordination and reaction time, as well as reduce the occurence of injury and fire up that brain. Let's train like an athlete!
