Rentals can be booked by filling out the rental request form online.

Payment is due at the time of booking for one-day rentals. If an organization/individual is booking a weekly rental, an invoice will be issued to the renter via email every two months. Payment for the invoice will be due two weeks after the invoice is sent.

Yes, please fill out the request form with your organization’s information. An account will be created for the organization when booking. Requests for additional accounts for organizations/businesses can be sent to our Customer Service Team at info@we-goparks.org.

Yes. A certificate of insurance listing the West Chicago Park District as additional insured is required for organizations renting a Court or Field. Please check the ballfield rental guide for more information. COIs must be submitted to Taylor Hutton, Recreation Supervisor, at thutton@we-goparks.org least one week prior to your first schedule rental of each calendar year.
