WHAT ARE YOUR MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS?

Membership options can be found here. Annual memberships require a one-year commitment, whether the year is paid in full or charged monthly. 

DO YOU MATCH PRICES FROM OTHER FITNESS CENTERS?

We do not match prices from other facilities, but will often have promotions running for new members and renewals.

IF I AM NOT A MEMBER, CAN I STILL WORKOUT?

Yes! Daily rates are available at ARC Center. They are payable at the customer service desk. The daily rate allows access to the fitness center, track, gym, and locker room.

CAN MY CHILDREN WORKOUT WITH ME?

Yes, youth ages 11-13 must be supervised by an adult 18 years of age at all times. Track memberships allow children between the ages of 8-12 the ability to use the indoor track under the direct supervision of an individual 16 years or older. Children 13 years or older can be on the Track on their own. 

HOW DO LOCKERS WORK AND WHERE ARE THEY LOCATED?

Lockers are located in the locker rooms in the fitness center. There are also smaller lockers upstairs before you enter the track. All Lockers are keyless and are on a first-come, first-served basis. Members or guests will create an individual code to lock/unlock their lockers. All belongings must be removed before the end of the business day.

WILL SOMEONE SHOW ME HOW TO USE THE EQUIPMENT?

Yes. All members are encouraged to have a personal trainer consultation and an equipment orientation, which is included with your membership.  Please see a Customer Service Representative to schedule a consultation.

DO YOUR PERSONAL TRAINERS AND FITNESS INSTRUCTORS HAVE CERTIFICATIONS?

Yes, our trainers hold several certifications. For details, you can see their profiles here

ARE GROUP CLASSES INCLUDED?

Fitness members receive a discount on fitness classes.

DO YOU HAVE AN INDOOR AND OUTDOOR POOL?

No, we do not have an Indoor pool located in the ARC Center. In the summer time, Turtle Splash Water Park is located just next to the ARC Center, additional admission fees required.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER GYM OPTIONS?

Court one int the main gym is always open for members for basketball.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

All annual/monthly and EFT memberships require a one-year commitment as stated in our policy. An ongoing membership can be canceled at any time after the 12-month requirement has been met. If canceling before the 12 month period, a two-month cancellation fee will be applied, members are still able to attend during the 2 month cancellation period. Non-usage is not a valid reason for a refund or cancellation. Your membership may only be canceled for medical reasons or if you move away permanently. Your request must be made in advance and you must submit documentation. A refund request form can be found here.

DO I NEED TO BRING A TOWEL TO USE THE SHOWERS OR WHILE ON THE EQUIPMENT?

Yes. Towel service is not included with your membership.

CAN I WEAR MY OUTSIDE SHOES IN THE FITNESS CENTER?

We suggest clean shoes be worn in the facility at all times.
