Trail in Woods
Forest Therapy Walks

Immerse yourself in nature and experience the healing effects of forest therapy or Shinrin-Yoku (Japanese for forest bathing). The walk is not about the destination, but instead the awakening of your senses to the natural environment around you. Reconnect with nature during these mindful walks with a certified Forest Therapy guide.

The walk is entirely outdoors. Be prepared to walk over uneven terrain. Wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes. We will follow CDC guidelines and practice social distancing . The forest therapy guide is bilingual so the program can be experienced in Spanish or English.  Participants must be 12 years and older.  Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

Groundhog Day.jpg

If you’re cynical weatherman Phil Connors, it’s a never-ending nightmare to be stuck in a small hick town whose biggest claim to fame is meteorologist groundhog Punxsutawney Phil. What sounds like an outlandish fantasy becomes an insightful look at discovering what you’re capable of when you finally find the selfless person within, when you lower your defenses and make the most of each day. Imagine being stuck in a time loop – wait, did we already say this?

Based on the classic Bill Murray comedy, Groundhog Day: The Musical is full of “fertile and feverish theatrical imagination,” The New York Times raved. Nominated for 7 Tony Awards, including Best Musical and Best Original Score, Paramount Theatre is beyond proud to present the Midwest regional premiere of this uproariously funny, surprisingly touching and simply inspirational musical comedy.

Lunch includes Garden Salad, Rolls & Butter, Roasted Pork with Apple Au Jus on the side, Roasted Red Potatoes, Broccoli, and Cookies/Brownies. Non-alcoholic beverages are included, cash bar is available.

Rock of Ages.jpg

Nominated for five Tony Awards® including Best Musical, Rock of Ages will take you back into the iconic music era of the 80’s, where rock-n-roll dreamers line up to turn their fantasies into reality — and you can be in the front row to watch it all come to life..

Just a small-town girl with Hollywood dreams meets a big-city boy chasing his rock-star fantasies on the infamous sunset strip in L.A. With the historic Bourbon Room as the backdrop, their love story unfolds right where the biggest names in rock got their start — all told through the mind-blowing hits of Journey, Bon Jovi, Styx, Poison and more.

Go back to when rock was king, and every song was a kingmaker. Relive some of the biggest, baddest rock songs of all time including “Just Like Paradise,” “Sister Christian,” “We’re Not Gonna Take It,” “Wanted Dead or Alive,”  “Can’t Fight This Feeling,” “Hit Me With Your Best Shot,” “Every Rose Has Its Thorn” and a whole lot more.

Lunch includes Caesar Salad, Rolls & Butter, Chicken Parmesan with Penne Pasta, Green Beans, and  Cannoli. Non-alcoholic beverages are included, cash bar is available.
