Puzzle & Play Club (FREE Weekly Games)
Program Code: 111003 | Registration Deadline: 1 week in advance at 12:00pm
Participate in weekly games, including Scrabble, Checkers, Dominoes, puzzles, and other board games! No experience is necessary. All games and activities are self-led, and supplies are provided. Participants are welcome to bring their own non-alcoholic beverage. Registration is encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome.

Social Gatherings
Each month we gather at the ARC Center to chat with our friends, enjoy entertainment and, of course, eat.
Pre-registration is required for all social gatherings so we can be sure to have enough food for everyone!
There is a registration deadline and space is limited. Note: Please do not bring a dish to pass; all gatherings will be catered.
Older American’s Month Celebration

Each May, we celebrate Older Americans Month (OAM) to honor the countless contributions that older adults make to our communities. Enjoy a light breakfast, delicious desserts, refreshing beverages, and great company as we come together to recognize the impact of older adults in our community.

Quiz & Chow

Take a break, enjoy a delicious lunch, and put your knowledge to the test at our Quiz & Chow event! Expect a lighthearted trivia session covering everything from pop culture to general knowledge. Prizes, laughter, and good vibes are all part of the fun! Come for the chow, stay for the quiz!
Adult Social Gatherings

Trips
Come join us as we travel to places nearby. Whether its seeing new sights, hearing new music or trying new food, there is something for everybody! All day trips are in cooperation with the Warrenville and Winfield Park Districts and may depart from Warrenville, West Chicago or Winfield Park Districts. Departure locations will be emailed 1-week prior to trip date. After the registration deadline, trip registrations can be refunded only if a spot can be filled by a participant on the waitlist.
Youth under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Sanfilippo Estate

Enjoy a docent-guided tour of the Sanfilippo Estate in Barrington Hills, IL. The approximately 3-hour tour includes the main residence, showcasing automated music machines, the American Orchestrion Room, the Arcade Room with vintage machines, the Victorian Bar Room, and a visit to the Carousel Pavilion. Most areas are handicap accessible with elevators. Please have lunch before the trip, as there will be no dining stops.
Pop Go-Go the ‘60s

Wear your Go-Go boots and get ready to sing along with pop tunes from the 1960s! Enjoy a White Fence Farm 4-piece chicken dinner with sides, a non-alcoholic beverage, and a fun performance. Lunch is served at 11:30 AM, followed by the show.
Pride of Oregon Boat Cruise & Lunch

Travel to Oregon, IL, to board the Pride of Oregon riverboat for a relaxing summer cruise with lunch and transportation included. The cruise runs from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM, providing scenic views of the Rock River and eagle sightings. The lunch menu will be determined and served aboard the boat.
Captain’s I&M Canal Tour

Step back into 1848 with a period-costumed boat crew and mule guiding you on a one-hour ride along the historic Illinois & Michigan Canal from Lock 14 to the Little Vermillion Aqueduct. After the ride, enjoy a Boat Captain’s Buffet Lunch in the I&M Canal Visitor Center Vintage Room, featuring historic exhibits. Explore downtown LaSalle after the tour.
The Patty Waszak Show

Enjoy a dynamic performance by singer, comedienne, and songwriter Patty Waszak from Pigeon Forge, TN. Known for her music variety show, Patty plays the saxophone and entertains audiences nationwide. Lunch at White Fence Farm includes a choice of “World’s Greatest Chicken” or Fried Shrimp, served with traditional accompaniments. Lunch and show are included.
