How to Make a Birthday Party Request

Submit the completed, signed form using one of the following methods:

Please note: A signature is required on all Birthday Party Request Forms. If you are unable to sign the form in your web browser, download the PDF and open it in a PDF application (such as Adobe Acrobat) to complete and sign it before submitting.

TreeTop Escape

Available Year-Round on Saturdays & Sundays (Recommended Ages: 4-12)

Available Timeslots: 9:30-11:30am, 12:00pm-2:00pm, 2:30-4:30pm, 5:00-7:00pm

Drink Options

Drinks (soda, lemonade, water bottles) are available for order. Cups are provided if soda or lemonade is ordered.

Guest Count

Overall guest count cannot exceed the maximum count of 40 people.

Note: Playtime in TreeTop Escape is not private. There may be others playing in TreeTop Escape during your party.

FAQs

How early in advance can I book my party?

Reservations can be made starting 120 days before requested party date.

Can I add additional time to my party?

TreeTop Escape parties are two hours each. We do not offer the option to add additional time. If you would like a longer party, you can book two back-to-back party times or book an event room rental instead and purchase open play wristbands. Event room rentals allow more flexibility for timing and total number of guests.

How many tables are in the Party Hut?

The Party Hut has three 8’ rectangular tables with 24 chairs, four kids tables with 24 chairs, and an additional 5’ rectangular table and 8’ rectangular table.

How large are the kid tables?

The kid tables are roughly 30 inches by 55 inches.

Are tablecloths provided?

Tablecloths are not provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.

Can I bring balloons?

Balloons are not permitted in TreeTop Escape or the Party Hut.

Is there a refrigerator available?

A refrigerator is not available.

Are vendors allowed?

Vendors are not allowed in TreeTop Escape, but are allowed if you rent an Event Room.

Rentals are available this fall on Saturdays and Sundays during September and October 2026 and must be booked at least two weeks in advance. Please note: The splash pad at Toucan’s Hideaway will be open through September 30th (weather permitting). Access

Access gate to Turtle Splash Water Park will be locked. Balloon and table-top decorations are permitted; no taping of signage is allowed.

Turtle Splash is closed for the 2026 season. Birthday party rentals will be available again when the water park reopens.

Food & Beverage Policy: Outside food and beverages are not permitted within Turtle Splash Water Park. Catering is available exclusively through Rocco Vino’s Italian Restaurant. For menu information or to place an order, please contact RoccoVino’s directly at (630)736-1600. Concessions can also be purchased from the concession stand in the facility and brought to the canopy area. Party packages include 24 cupcakes. Additional cupcakes (24 count) can be ordered through the Park District at least one week before the party.

Guest Count: The party package includes up to 24 guests (age two years and older). There is no maximum limit. Additional guests (anyone entering the facility age two and older) must have admission from a party package, pay the daily admission fee, or be a current Splash Pass holder. Final guest counts are due one week prior to your party date. The final payment is due at that time. Changes cannot be made on the day of the event. Any guest not included in the final submitted count will be charged the applicable resident or non-resident daily admission rate upon entry.

Weather: In the event of inclement weather, please check our Rainout Line HERE for updates regarding Turtle Splash operation. If Turtle Splash remains open, Birthday Parties will proceed as scheduled. If weather conditions require the facility to close during your reserved party time, you may choose to either receive a refund or reschedule your party (subject to availability).

Turtle Splash Water Park

Canopy Seating

A reserved canopy area is included for 1.5 hours, during your party time.
Canopies are assigned based on availability and/or facility operations.
Canopy color requests are not accepted.
The canopy area includes four picnic tables, which seat approximately 30 people.

FAQs

Who counts towards the guest total?

Anyone (age two or older) entering Turtle Splash Water Park must have purchased daily admission, have admission from a birthday party package, or be a current Splash Pass Holder.

Can I bring in chairs and tables for my party?

No, tables and chairs may not be brought into Turtle Splash Water Park.

Are decorations allowed?

Yes, but all decorations must be set-up and clean-up during the 1.5 hours party time. Confetti is prohibited.

When can I use the canopy?

The canopy reservation is for your party time. With a party reservation you have access to Turtle Splash Water Park during operational hours.

Can I bring in food and drinks?

Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the Turtle Splash Water Park facility. Concessions are available for purchase at Turtle Splash Water Park, or you can place an order ahead of time with Rocco Vino’s Italian Restaurant at (630)736-1600.

What do the cupcakes look like?

All 24 cupcakes are the same cake/frosting flavor. On the request form please choose chocolate or yellow cake and vanilla or chocolate frosting. Cupcakes will have rainbow sprinkles.
