EARLY BIRD CAMP DISCOUNT
The West Chicago Park District Summer Camp offers days filled with sports, fitness, games, arts and crafts, field trips, and outdoor fun for children ages 3-13 providing a supportive and fun-filled experience for all participants. Camp is held at the ARC Center and ZONE250 and will also enjoy Toucan's Hideaway and Turtle Splash Water Park! Campers will be responsible for bringing a sack lunch, beverage, and two snacks daily in addition to their bathing suit, towel, sunscreen, and water bottle. All activities are included in the price of Camp. Swim lessons will be included for campers who attend the entire summer. If you have any questions, please reach out to Recreation Supervisor Pam Schiavoni at pschiavoni@we-goparks.org. If your child requires a 1:1 WDSRA aide, please register by Tuesday, April 30th. Registration after that date does not guarantee support will be available.

Online Registration Information
Step 1
Add the “Registration Fee” line item for Camp Keppler 606510_01 or Camp WeGo 6065000_01 to your cart first (this is a 1-time prerequisite per camper for summer 2024) and where you will select your camper’s t-shirt size. Then select any camp weeks desired. Make sure to select the family member attached to each item. All 5-day options are listed first, then 3-day MWF, then 2-day Tu/Th. All AM Extended Care is listed before the PM Extended Care options. Scroll down and/or click through the pages to see all available options. On the billing screen, you may choose from the drop-down menu to pay your balance in full at checkout or add a credit card for installment billing on the 1st and 15th each month. The parent handbook will list which camp weeks are charged to each bill date.
Step 2
Parents will receive an email with a link to "ePact" electronic participant documents. Documents MUST be completed at least two days prior to your child's start date. Participants will not be considered registered and will be unable to participate until forms are completed. WCPD staff will review all completed paperwork to ensure they are complete and contact parents if any additional information is necessary.

Registration can be completed online using this form or in-person at the ARC Center. Please submit form to pschiavoni@we-goparks.org or drop at the ARC Center.

Register for the program(s) and dates of your choice by selecting the dates you would like to attend on the camp registration form. If choosing the installment billing option, you will be contacted to set up payment information.

EZ Payment Plan
Take advantage of our convenient EFT payment plan! If you choose this plan, charges are automatically made to your credit card on the 1st and 15th of the month. Please note: We reserve the right to remove participants from a Summer Camp session and/or the EZ Payment Plan due to declined transactions. If switching payment methods after registration, there will be a $5 fee per session.
