Booking Informationโ
Court rentals can be requested using the request form.

All rental fees are due at the time of booking. Certificate of Insurance listing the West Chicago Park District as additional insured must be received at least 1 week prior to your organization’s first scheduled rental. Gym rentals must be requested via email at least two weeks prior to event.

Booking Request Dates

โReservations will be reviewed and booked in the following order:

Group 1: West Chicago Park District programs, events, contracted programs.

Group 2: Community Organization and Community School District usage (#25, #33, #93, #303).

Group 3: Prior year renters - organizations, individuals, tournaments.

Group 4: West Chicago based organizations/individuals - one day or weekly rentals and new tournaments/large events.

Group 5: Non-West Chicago based organizations/individuals - one day or weekly rentals.

Court Hourly Fee: $65 (Resident) / $78 (Non-Resident)
Game Hourly Fee: $75 (Resident) / $88 (Non-Resident)
Game Rentals include scoreboard and player chairs.
