Will there be timeslots this summer? Or can I swim the whole day?Admission is granted for the entire length of our operations hours. Upon leaving you may get a stamp on your hand if you plan to return later in the day, however we cannot guarantee re-entry in the event the park has reached max capacity.

I have a season pass from 2020, which is now rolled over to 2021. Can I register in advance?"Yes. Passholders can register in advance and the daily fee will be waived. Passholders are expected to attend all reservations or call to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Excessive no-shows and cancellations may result in forfeiture of the passholderโs ability to reserve admission in advance.

Will there be lounge chairs available?We plan to have lounge chairs available for use. Chairs are not reserved and are first come/first serve. Guests may also choose to sit in the grassy hill area.

What does limited features mean?Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, some features at Turtle Splash Water Park may be unavailable at times. Throughout the day, certain areas and attractions may be closed for cleaning, to reduce crowding, or due to limited staffing. We will make our best effort to keep attractions open when possible.

How will I know when certain features and attractions are closed?We encourage you to check our rainoutline before your visit. We will update the rainoutline throughout the day to reflect any attractions that are temporarily closed or closed for the day. While we try to keep our rainout line as accurate as possible and updates posted in a timely manner, we appreciate your patience in understanding that updates may be made throughout the day and encourage you to check back frequently.

Will the concession stand be open this summer?Rocco Vinos will be serving select menu items at Turtle Splash this summer. Per our policy, outside food is not allowed to be brought into the park. We recommend eating before you enter the park if you do not plan to order from the concession stand. Visitors will be expected to wear a face covering over their mouth and nose while ordering and while not seated at one of the tables in the concession area. As always, food must be kept inside the concessions area and cannot be brought past the gates onto the pool deck.

Can I bring my own lunch to eat?Per our policy, outside food is not allowed in the park. We encourage guests to eat outside food before entering the park or visit our concession stand within the facility. We will have a limited number of โLunchโ passes available for guests. โLunchโ passes are valid for 20 minutes and will give guests the option to exit the facility in order to eat food brought from home, then reenter the facility without having to pay the daily admission fee again. We have several picnic tables available outside the park that guests can use to eat lunch.

Will the locker rooms be available for use?The locker rooms will be open for use. We recommend wearing your swimwear to the park and waiting to shower at home when possible, in order to reduce crowding in the locker room areas. Please note that the locker rooms may be closed for short periods of time throughout the day for cleaning.

Will you be offering swim lessons this summer at Turtle Splash Water Park?We are offering group, semi private, and private swim lessons this summer. Please see our swim lessons page for more information.

Can I book a birthday party or rental at Turtle Splash this year?We are offering group rental space during operating hours and private rentals after operating hours. We will not have birthday party packages available this year however you may rent the canopy party area, the splash pad, or Toucanโs Hideaway in addition to group admission to Turtle Splash. You may order food in advance through Rocco Vinos for your group or party.
