50's Sock Hop - Family Dance

Are you ready to Rock Around the Clock? Break out that poodle skirt or leather jacket and get ready to cut a rug at this year’s Family Dance!  Join us for a night full of dancing, entertainment and fun. Light refreshments will be served. Each family will receive a complimentary photo.


A parent or guardian must accompany children. Fee is per person. Every adult and child need to be pre-registered for this event by February 11; space is limited. No at-the-door registrations will be accepted.

Midnight at the Masquerade
Murder Mystery Dinner

Saturday, March 18, 6:00-9:00pm

Location: ARC Center

This is your invitation to the Billionaires’ Club Annual Adult Only Masquerade Ball. This soiree will throw you into a night of mystery, intrigue, and murder you will never forget. Bribe suspects for clues and gather information to uncover the masked guest who is responsible. Be careful, you could be next! Dress your best in evening wear and masquerade masks.


A full dinner will be served; online dinner selection coming soon. Cash bar available. Childcare included for children in household.

Flashlight Egg Hunt and Movie

Thursday, April 6, 7:30-9:30pm

Location: Reed-Keppler Park

The Easter Bunny loves to hide his eggs in the dark and now is your chance to find them! After this egg-citing hunt, head over to the ARC Center to redeem your eggs for prizes and watch a special showing of Hop!


Hunts are divided into age groups and will happen promptly at 7:40pm. Check-in begins at 7:00pm. 

Cinco de Mayo Color Crawl

Friday, May 5, 6:00pm

Location: Reed-Keppler Park


Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with a fun walk or run through Reed-Keppler Park. We’ll shower you along the 2-mile route with vibrant color made from safe, food-grade, biodegradable cornstarch. By the time you cross the finish line, you’ll be a brilliant color palette of hues. 


Register by Wednesday, April 19 to guarantee a t-shirt!

Older Americans Month Celebration

Friday, May 11, 12:00-2:00pm


Each year in May, the West Chicago Park District celebrates Older Americans Month (OAM) to encourage and recognize the countless contributions that older adults make to our communities. Their time, experience, and talents enrich the lives of those around them. We invite all members of our community regardless of their age to join us in this celebration. Enjoy a light lunch, dessert, refreshments, and community.
