Booking Informationโ€‹

Court rentals can be requested using the request form.

โ€‹

All rental fees are due at the time of booking. Certificate of Insurance listing the West Chicago Park District as additional insured must be received at least 1 week prior to your organization’s first scheduled rental. Gym rentals must be requested via email at least two weeks prior to event.

Booking Request Dates

โ€‹Reservations will be reviewed and booked in the following order:

  • Group 1: West Chicago Park District programs, events, contracted programs.

  • Group 2: Community Organization and Community School District usage (#25, #33, #93, #303).

  • Group 3: Prior year renters - organizations, individuals, tournaments.

  • Group 4: West Chicago based organizations/individuals - one day or weekly rentals and new tournaments/large events.

  • Group 5: Non-West Chicago based organizations/individuals - one day or weekly rentals.
