CUSTOMER SERVICE REP.
Customer Servivce Representative (CSR) III Part-Time
Under the direction of the Facility Supervisor, the Customer Service Representative III is an entry-level position responsible for providing excellent customer service to patrons of a large recreation facility. Benefits include an ARC Fitness Membership, Season Pass to Turtle Splash Water Park and various discounts.

Recreation Attendant Lead Part-Time
Under the direction and supervision of the Recreation Supervisor, the Recreation Attendant Lead acts as the supervisor on duty, responsible for monitoring athletic programs, birthday parties, special events, and rentals with alcohol permits as well as operating the Concession Stand at Reed-Keppler Park.

Before & After School Counselor Part-Time
Responsibilities include assisting in planning, organizing and conducting a variety of activities for assigned group. Children’s ages range from kindergarten to 5th grade. Counselors are directly responsible for the safety and welfare of participants at the before and after school programs.

ARC Childcare Attendant Part-Time
Under the supervision of the Recreation Supervisor, the ARC Child Care Attendant will be responsible for providing overall supervision of children in attendance and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment. This is a part-time position with a variety of morning and evening hours Monday through Saturday.

Western DuPage Special Recreation (WDSRA) is a cooperative extension of the West Chicago Park District, providing recreation programs and inclusion services to individuals with special needs. WDSRA has volunteer, PT and FT employment opportunities available to serve nine area park districts. As a volunteer, a member of the WDSRA seasonal staff or in a full-time position, YOU will make a difference in the lives of people with special needs every day. We offer competitive wages and flexible scheduling. Experience is a plus, but we will train.

The West Chicago Park District complies with the United States Department of Homeland Security (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services) to verify the employment eligibility of all persons hired to work in the United States. The Park District will provide the Social Security Administration (SSA) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), with information from each new employee's Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.
The West Chicago Park District maintains full compliance with all regulations set forth by the law and utilizes E-Verify to assist in ensuring a legal workforce. An E-Verify case will be created no later than the third business day after the employee starts work for pay.
