Discover a world of adult recreation at the West Chicago Park District. Engage in art workshops, board game play, social gatherings, trips and more. Our adult programs encourage social connections, offering opportunities to make friends and build a sense of community.

This hands-on training session will equip participants with essential life-saving skills to respond confidently in an emergency. While this is not a certification class, it provides valuable practical experience in using CPR and AED techniques.
Whether you're looking to refresh your knowledge or learn for the first time, this class is open to all, ages 12 and older. Pre-registration is not required.

Social Gatherings
Each month we gather at the ARC Center to chat with our friends, enjoy entertainment and, of course, eat.
Pre-registration is required for all social gatherings so we can be sure to have enough food for everyone!
There is a registration deadline and space is limited. Note: Please do not bring a dish to pass; all gatherings will be catered.
Fireman Fish Fry

Members of IAFF Local 3970 will be frying up the fish once again! Please join us at the ARC Center for our annual fish fry. This event is sponsored by the West Chicago Professional Fire Fighters Association - IAFF Local 3970.
Valentine Bingo and Pizza

Adult Social Gatherings
Trips
Come join us as we travel to places nearby. Whether its seeing new sights, hearing new music or trying new food, there is something for everybody! All day trips are in cooperation with the Warrenville and Winfield Park Districts and may depart from Warrenville, West Chicago or Winfield Park Districts. Departure locations will be emailed 1-week prior to trip date. After the registration deadline, trip registrations can be refunded only if a spot can be filled by a participant on the waitlist.
Youth under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Frozen

Regional Premiere! Royal sisters Elsa and Anna navigate love, loyalty, and Elsa’s uncontrollable powers. Paramount Theater’s lobby will be decked out for the season with a giant Christmas tree and all the trimmings. The trip includes transportation and theater ticket. Lunch is on your own at a nearby restaurant. Ages 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
The Four C Notes Holiday Special
