Volunteers

Volunteers walk away from the West Chicago Park District with much more than just a T-shirt. They also get a chance to meet interesting people, develop new skills, gain knowledge, receive job experience and have a whole lot of fun. Our volunteers make many programs, activities and special events possible. All it takes to be a volunteer is a lively interest, a willingness to learn and a desire to share with others. Ongoing training of volunteers is provided so no previous experience is required. If you are interested in becoming part of our top-notch crew, stop by the park district office, email the contact listed for each opportunity or call (630) 231-9474.
