Halloween Parade and Costume Judging

This event is for the whole family. The Police and Fire Departments join in to close off downtown Main Street. The Fire Department leads the parade with a bright red Fire Truck while the lights are flashing and the sirens are blaring. A costume judging contest is held behind the West Chicago Public Library. West Chicago Park District coordinates the costume judging contest with help from Community High School District #94 students.
