Refund Policy
A twenty (20%) percent service charge with a minimum of $2.00 will be assessed on refund requests received prior to the registration deadline. No refunds will be granted after this time unless the West Chicago Park District has not fulfilled its obligations. If insufficient registration causes a class to be canceled, a full refund will be issued. Fees for field trips will be refunded only when seat is resold. Requests for transfers will be considered a cancellation and will be subject to the 20% service charge (with a $2 minimum charge).
