Refund Policy

Classes/Activities/Programs/Sports Leagues:
We reserve the right to assess a twenty (20%) percent service charge with a minimum of $2.00 will be assessed on class/activity/program/sports league refund requests received prior to the registration deadline. No refunds will be granted after the class/activity/program/sports league registration deadline unless the West Chicago Park District has not fulfilled its obligations. If insufficient registration causes a class/activity to be canceled, a full refund will be issued.

Trips:
Fees for Field Trips will be refunded only when the seat is resold.

Passes:
Turtle Splash Water Park Season Passes and Guest Passes are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.
Dog Park Passes are Non-Refundable but can be transferred to a new dog in the family once we have been provided with the information pertaining to the new dog.
Punch Pass for class/activity/program are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable and some do expire.
Fitness Station Memberships: Please inquire at the Fitness Station.
