Refund Policy
A twenty (20%) percent service charge with a minimum of $2.00 will be assessed on class/activity refund requests received prior to the registration deadline. No refunds will be granted after the class/activity registration deadline unless the West Chicago Park District has not fulfilled its obligations. If insufficient registration causes a class/activity to be canceled, a full refund will be issued. Fees for Field Trips will be refunded only when the seat is resold. Turtle Splash Water Park Season Passes and Guest Passes are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.
