Lil' Dribblers

We've scaled this popular sport down! Smaller balls and baskets make this a great introductory class. Through simple drills and fun games, players become familiar with the rules of the game, ball handling, passing, and shooting. Class is a great way to build interest in the game of basketball and get children use to participating within a structured environment with others. Lil' Kickers/Jr. Kickers

The perfect classes to get your youngster interested in the game of soccer. Dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork are stressed through the use of simple drills. Class is a great way to get children used to participating within a structured environment with others. Jr. Kickers will learn field positioning, individual positions, goalie skills and teamwork in addition to the basic skills. Shin guards recommended for 3-4 year olds and required for 5-8 year olds. Lil' Sluggers/Jr. Sluggers

Play ball just like the big kids. Youngsters love this introduction to the game of baseball. The fundamentals of throwing, catching, fielding, and hitting are taught. The Jr. Sluggers classes also teach skills in proper base running, force outs, and simple situational plays. Games are played at the end of each class. Sports-n-More (parent/child)

Never a dull moment when you mix parents and a 2-3 yr. old with a soccer ball, baseball, hockey stick or a basketball. What better way to learn the basic motor skills of throwing, running, kicking, and hitting than with your parent helping you out? This class is as much fun for parents as it is for children. Fencing

Want to wield a sword? Enjoy competitive fun safely without fighting". Coach Vladimir's class offers students the basic understanding of attack and defense in fencing. Coach Vladimir has 16 years of training in the Soviet, and the Olympics. You will learn different moves and a combination of moves to start developing your fencing game. Each class will have conditioning, drilling, and bouting. All equipment is provided. Register with family members of friends to increase the fun

Beginning Archery

This session is designed to offer an environment in which the archer will learn the very basics of archery. Students will use a recurve style bow, basic finger tab, an arm guard, and safety glasses. Lessons learned will be range safety, whistle commands, proper stance, draw and release of arrows starting at a 10 yard distance. All equipment will be provided by the instructor. Register with family members or friends to increase the fun!

Intermediate Archery

Tumbling

We offer a number of tumbling classes for ages 18 months to 12 years. Tumbling classes emphasize on strength, flexibility, conditioning and balance. Children will learn various skills such as basic positions, rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, handstands, beam work, backbends, kickovers and walkovers.
