Why Aquatic Fitness?

Aquatic Fitness offers many options and different forms of training from Lap Swimming to Water Walking. Whether you are looking to improve your Cardiovascular Endurance or Rehabilitate a chronic source of pain, Aquatic exercise can help. Always get your Medical Doctor's approval before beginning any fitness program or activity.

Aqua Fitness Programs

Aqua Zumba: This course is the "pool party" workout for all ages, and is safe, effective and a challenging water-based workout, that integrates the Zumba formula and philosophy into traditional aqua fitness disciplines. Please check our brochure for class dates, times and locations.

Splash 'N' Fit: Dive in and enjoy the benefits that water exercise has for you! Due to the low-impact format, Splash 'N' Fit is suitable for every fitness level and easy on the joints. Water Walking Club: Water Walking is an easy, effective, low impact exercise that can be done in a pool. Brisk water walking can provide an excellent aerobic workout, and water provides more resistance than air, so you're strengthening and building muscle as you water walk.
